If your desire is to train in MMA, or even compete, we recommend attending the wrestling, BJJ and Kick Boxing classes to ensure you build all the fundamentals needed in the main areas of MMA. Our MMA classes will strip down the unnecessary weight they carry and focus you more on MMA specifics such as wall work, striking from the ground and baiting strikes with takedowns. This is undoubtedly the toughest challenge with a longer training journey than any of the other martial arts. But if you put in the time, your reward will be a physical and mental high that only a few will ever know.
